What is it all about? In the most recent yearly market survey published by the Bundesverband der Hörgeräte-Industrie (BVHI – Federal Association of the Hearing Aids Industry), Sivantos has achieved number 1 positions in 4 important categories with its brands Signia/Siemens and Audio Service. The representative market study was based on 1,000 assessments of different HA manufacturers.

Audio Service, the in the ear specialist based in Löhne, North Rhine Westphalia, comes in first place in three categories: For the third time in a row, they were first in “overall customer satisfaction”. They also ranked first in “customer & repair service”, as well as in “marketing & sales support”.

Signia/Siemens, the premium brand founded only in January 2016, comes in first place in the “preferred partner”-category, with an impressive 6 position improvement from last year. Overall, Signia/Siemens could improve results in 12 out of the 14 (sub)categories, and most often considerably. Top ratings were achieved, for example, regarding “loyalty index” and “order and delivery”.

These rankings will serve as just another motivation to serve our customers even better in the upcoming year.
